    This spacious studio apartment with huge private backyard, located in Murray Hill, can comfortably accommodate up to four tenants. Its living room, kitchenette, hallway are equipped with new dark cherry colored wooden floors and decorated in a quasi-art deco like country hotel style. By contrast, the bathroom are fully renovated with authentic beige marble, giving it a grandiose feel. The white walls give a nice contrast to the dark floors, the european style backyard has nice sizea and it is totally private for your self, rarity in any Manhattan apartment.
The sleeping amenities are two full sized beds, with night table and lamp. The kitchenette includes an oven, stove top, microwave, large cabinets, a large refrigerator, kitchen sink, toaster, coffee maker, flatware, silverware, and other necessary kitchen utensils. The dining table with 4 chairs, and antique 2 seated table set for chilling out. The apartment includes A/C, heating, wooden entertainment center, 26 inch flat screen TV, table, and, as with all of our apartments, high speed cable internet access. The bathroom includes a full tub with shower head.

    Murray Hill is a residential neighborhood in Manhattan located conveniently south of Grand Central Terminal and is near many restaurants, outdoor cafes, and local shops. The apartment is also two blocks away from the Empire State Building, making it a prime location for a sightseeing vacation. Along with being within walking distance of a transportation hub such as Penn Station, it is also one block away from the NYC Westward bound MTA Bus stop, and two blocks away from the nearest subway station (33 and Lexington/ 6 train).

    Murray Hill is a neighborhood in the New York City borough of Manhattan that extends south from 42nd Street to meet the neighborhood of Gramercy (or Rose Hill as the northern half of Gramercy is often referred to) at 29th Street. Blocks on Lexington Avenue around 28th Street is sometimes known as “Curry Hill”, for the high concentration of Indian restaurants. Some sources draw the southern border at 34th Street. Its western border is at Fifth Avenue and eastern border now extends beyond Lexington Avenue, to meet the distinct waterfront neighborhoods of Kips Bay and Tudor City at Second Avenue.
